Taking that as an invitation, Roxie climbed aboard Tommy's bike, this time without a helmet of any sort. She adjusted herself so that she could hold on to the bike without having to touch Tommy - being on a bike with Joe had been a very different thing - and then said, "Alright. Paramount Hotel," she said. After all, if they were doing this, they were going to do it on her turf.

And maybe, hopefully, thanks to the paparazzi, this would catch Joe's eye and he'd recognize Tommy.
