"I was kidnapped before you came into my life," Roxie pointed out. "I've faced Doombots and giant dragons and so much else, too. Your coming into my life, it's maybe added a little extra danger, yes, but the pay-off - having you in my life - that makes it worth it." She grinned, then, and added, "Well, with the cameramen, I've learned to just stop, pose, and smile. They get less of a thrill that way, and sometimes less money because tabloids can only do so much with happy pictures of you."
