Shards of glass hit the backside of Rough Justice's armor. The dimensionally displaced villain put his head down to keep the shards of glass from taking anything important away. He was running away from the Ryan-induced sand-explosion. He was running toward where the rest of the FF were converging around a giant hand made of sand.
