Franklin's hackles were beginning to rise a little bit. Not because he was worried about bills, because he wasn't- it actually wasn't all that expensive at the Oyster Bar, on second look. Franklin got some of the popcorn shrimp to share with Dolemeck, and some of the clam chowder for himself.
