Angel wasn't much of an electrical whiz, but like all the X-kids, she had a pretty good grounding (heh. grounding) just in case she needed it. In the world of the X-Men, you never did know if you were going to need to trip up a circuit breaker before getting the drop on the bad guys.

Carefully, once they were there, she pried open the box. Definitely easy to sabotage.
