As soon as Athos climbed ahead, the scientist dropped the broom and climbed over him, slamming the manhole cap down on the ground and making quite a racket. Her mouth began to split open, showing rows of very sharp, pointy teeth... proof she had attacked the other scientists in the tunnel. She was an Automaton like the rest!

"So close, yet so far!" She mocked Athos. "Come, listen to the music of my people!"

With that, her mouth open up completely and she let of an ear piercing screech, alerting the other automatons to their location! Athos would have to move quickly to get to the kill switch! Perhaps someone hacked into this automaton to let him know the location, and get him out. But now, they may have lost control and she has returned to her true form!

Either way, he had less time to think about it! He had to get to that switch!
