"Hey!" Topher said. He turned around and watched as Richard's belongs went from being vapor to solid. It was, Topher had to admit, one heck of a nifty power. "Welcome, roomie! I, uh, hope you don't mind? I kind of already chose my side of the room." Thankfully, the room was a spacious one, evenly split down the middle, mirror images in terms of basic layout. Topher undid the green plaid shirt he'd tied around his waist and slipped it on over the thin white v-neck t-shirt he was wearing and looked at Richard's things. "Arranging things. Kind of a pain, isn't it?" He sometimes wished he'd had his mother's powers - magnetism made moving and arranging some things easier, at least. "Need help?"
