The unexpected explosions rocked Rose for a minute, her super-hearing picking up on them a fraction of a second early... but too late to even warn anyone. Fortunately, her healing factor more than compensated for clearing her head.

"Safe rooms, people!" she shouted. "It was in the flippin' orientation package!"

She vaulted down the stairs she had been on, eyes darting around, senses racing, as she searched for the nearest thing she could hit. Through the nearest window, she spotted them running up the lawn.
