The Purifiers were less discriminating with who they attacked. If the mutie looked young, they didn't care. The only good mutie was a non-existent mutie. If the kid was at this school, they deserved to die.

Some with rifles took shots at whatever non-Purifier people they saw. Though they were shots on the run and not very accurate. Other Purifiers ran straight at students with vibranium weapons held ready to strike.
