It was sometimes disconcerting when the phone wrapped around his wrist buzzed softly in the middle of a meeting. The display on the back briefly flashed the text message. Marcelo quirked an eyebrow momentarily at it and then went back to forcing his attention to his day job.

Fifteen minutes later, he withdrew to his office to reply to the text message. He might need to be somewhere private if he needed to do a victory dance.

Though he had forgotten to mention talking to a Ben Rosenthal from Shaw Industries. He glanced at the framed picture at his desk. He swallowed and hoped he didn't have to rush roses home.

Also, to play it cool, he texted back:

Sorry. Was in a meeting. I haven't heard from one today?
