The enraged Hulk did not question why Vincent was trying to talk to something with an air-tight force bubble over its head. Instead, the Hulk grabbed the side of the building Vincent had been in front of, broke off a huge chunk of it, and threw it at Vincent.

The Hulk did not care about any innocent bystanders or drivers in between itself and Vincent. All it wanted was to smash the puny man.
