There was a resounding
crack!
, and the sound didn't just come from the fact that one of Nicky's arm bracers had been broken by Jay's Hulk-strength.
One of his wrists was broken, too. He could feel the bones being ground down into something far less substantial.
Nicky bit back a scream of pain, but man, did that not feel good.
