((Open to those in and around the Avengers Mansion))
After Jay turned into a regular human guy in a pair of shorts hugging Aether's neck (with maybe a bit of help from Sara), he went directly back to the Avengers' mansion. Having Hulked out this badly before, the sometimes green teen followed the precedent set and became reclusive. He locked himself (and Boo) in his large room and refused to come out.
Jarvis had seen him the most and had gotten concerned about the diminishing size of the amount of food Jay had been eating. Jay's mother had come back to New York immediately after hearing her son had rampaged through the city. She currently was back on the Keewazi rez to get his father and bring Wyatt Wingfoot to New York to help with Jay.
Today, the teen was getting a little stir crazy in his room. Though he had Boo and Keewazi tech for entertainment, he thought he could maybe take a small walk around the mansion. If he was moving around, maybe less people would knock on his door to try to get him to come out. Also, he could avoid them easier if he wasn't in one spot.

"So he lives." She gave a small smile. There was no way she''d blame him for the incident, it was clear he hadn't been in his right mind. "Or you in the mood to be ghosting at the moment?" Hey if that was the case if asked she'd say she hadn't seen him.

He cleared his throat softly. "I'm not dead yet."
Though with Dr. Green still on the loose, he could be any time he set foot outside.
no subject
"Take it you don't want to talk about it with the probie either do you?" She'd understand, but also knew it might help. "Though I'll admit, I don't want to deal with being on his bad side." At least within throwing distance of any body of water.

"Don't want to talk about it with anyone." Jay brushed his hair out of his eyes. He knew someone would make him talk about it. If not on the team, then his parents. And a locked solid core door was no match for his Dad let alone his Mom.
"He's me," Jay admitted softly with a shrug. "Sorry."
no subject
"And kinda figured he was, don't worry I got the gist from the others that it wasn't the norm. I would have been making more noise if I was really worried."
no subject
"Noise doesn't scare. We mostly want quiet." He nodded toward the guitar. "What kind of music do you play?"
no subject
When asked about her music she shrugged. "Little of everything. I like rock a little hard, but I've been toying with something a little softer. You play?"

He slipped his hands into his jeans pockets. His arms were a little stiff, so it pushed his shoulders up.

Today, he was in the spacious back yard of the Avenger's mansion, laying in the lawn with his ankles crossed and eyes closed, enjoying some unseasonably warm weather while Aether munched on grass nearby. Maybe he'd take a flight later.

He hadn't expected Marcus and Aether to be there. So he pulled up a little short. Then he paused to figure out if he should retreat back inside to give them some peace. Even if petting Aether was extremely tempting.
no subject
Marcus opened his eyes and turned to look, smirking a little when he saw his friend making a hasty retreat. "What's the hurry?"
no subject
"Uh, hi. Didn't think anyone would be out here."

"I should..." He swallowed and moved a little closer. "I should thank the lawn ornaments then. Seen any pink flamingos around?"

He moved closer still until pausing an arm's length away from Marcus. Then he settled down to sit on the ground.

He hadn't worked out since before being captured. His current plans included not working out ever again. It would help him lose muscle and not be so strong if he ever rampaged again.
no subject
He pointedly did not ask how Jay was doing. That would be pretty stupid.

He blinked at Bruce. "Hey."
He tried to not look like he was calculating the best means of escape. Maybe he could find the attacking treadmill for some help...
no subject
"You had lunch yet?"
no subject
He put a hand to his stomach and gave a small, rueful smile.

"Dammit, Bruce." He scrubbed his face with his hands.
