Rest and Recovery at the X-Mansion

Alisa groaned as she finally came to. She was out of her tactical suit and in a hospital gown, a sign she was in a medical facility, no doubt. She hissed as she tried to sit herself up, feeling some stitches in her side from where she was stabbed starting to tug just slightly.She also noted a lack of feeling in her right leg, right below the knee. She threw her blankets off, noting her leg was in a cast, and there were some scars on her right thigh as well. This just made her frown, before looking around the room and seeing Alisatire was in a bed next to her.

"Oh no... Boss. You did get injured!? I am so sorry... I shoulda done bettah, I failed you..."

"I'll tell ya later, Feathers," Rose told Bobbi quickly.

"Good point. I doubt you could even grow a moustache anyway." Kayla smirked and hopped up on the table. "Cheese and ham omelette. That's you, Snow Devil." She wondered where exactly Miss Ramsey was. She would probably be coming along just about any time now, to swoop him back.

"And draw attention away from these cheekbones? I think not." Alistaire smiles, although it fades slightly at Bobbi's comment. "Yes, I'm... somewhat under the weather at the moment." He pulls up one of his pant legs slightly, revealing the outermost reaches of his injuries. His balance has been leaning fairly heavily on his other side.

He continues on with the cooking.

Bobbi took the plate with a thank you to Alistaire. "Well, at least you two aren't calling me ice cube. But really Feathers?" She gave a small pout at that, though her wings shifted a little, unconsciously preening a little. Noooooo she's not Warren's kid at all.

"Ya got Feathers, and ya can't be Frosty, 'cause I already got one of them," Rose said. "So yer Feathers."

Mrs. Ramsey had been aware the second Alistaire tried to 'slip the notice of what passed for security in this place.' Between herself and Sage, the secure medical ward was guarded in ways no living being could get through without being detected. They had already had a student who could turn invisible and a ninja to test the system out. So, Rachel had been aware of where Alistaire had skulked through the mansion and had let him to an extent since he was in rather harmless areas.

Though he had violated the school cook's kitchen. Even with Hana's assistant in the room with him, she knew if the kitchen were left a mess, there would be painful shadowy moments. Rachel would rather get Selene's lapdog and his bodyguard out of the mansion sooner rather than later.

Now, Ray appeared in the doorway and casually leaned against the frame. She crossed her arms in front of her chest and looked none-too-pleased or impressed. "For someone claiming to know the value of hospitality, you are very bad at not trespassing on the hospitality of others. You will, Alistaire, be cleaning this kitchen after your done cooking. I'll have your bodyguard sent her meal while I supervise."

Yep, that was Rachel totally just walking in and dropping the reality hammer on Alistaire. Kayla nodded and looked over at Alistaire. "I know where everything goes, properly. I'll make sure it's just how Hana wants it."

She managed to suppress a massive grin, though, because that would've just been mean. Though he hadn't made a huge mess, Kayla was pretty sure he'd be doing as much cleaning as Rachel could find for him to do. And there wasn't a damn thing he could do about it.

"I'm sorry for any trouble. I needed to see to the needs of my assistant. She's much worse off than I am. I'll make sure to clean up when I'm finished."

Rose just snickered. Nothing got by Prof. Red.

Bobbi had gone to get her stuffed toy off the counter. She tucked it in her arm and grabbed a juice bottle from the fridge. "I'll help clean up too! Hana's always complaining I never clean up my mess when I make chocolate milk..."

Okay so might be because she tracks in mud from outside, but she's been doing better about it!

"No, Bobbi. I think you have some studying that takes precedence. If you're caught up, please do me the favor and see if Pete or one of his turtles is about." When in doubt, put the most naive one on an errand. With Kayla and Rose in the room, the redhead assumed they would help keep the young girl on track. Rachel pushed off the doorway and sauntered to the table.

"And if you needed to see to the needs of your bodyguard, Alistaire, you could have easily asked. Permission gets you much farther here than asking for forgiveness after the fact. It seems to be an inherent Hellfire flaw that none of you can figure out respect and leniency is given when earned or warranted."
