"Aye, it's ground lamb, seasoned with mashed potatoes, corn, sometimes onions, peas, carrots, and cheese on the top! It is like a stew with mash, only not soupy, and the mash is on top!" He spoke passionately about the meal. "You can even make it with beef if you wish, instead of lamb. At least that is what I learned when I took home economics."

There was a sudden blush that came across his face.

"I had to take Home Economics in the All Girl's school, because I could not take part in gym or any physical activities. The school was next to mine and a bit of a walk. It wasn't so bad. I really liked taking that class and learning to cook and sew by hand. Using a machine with the leg braces on is just bloody murder!"
