It's not a date? (Open Avengers and Vincent)

Mira was scrambling, trying to find something decent to wear, even if technically she was just going to visit Vincent in the lab.  Six outfits later she came out of her room, Lucifer over her shoulder.  She was actually wearing HEELS!  the skirt was tastefully summery and the sleeveless blouse looked more model than rocker.  

"Ugh, I'm already running late,"  She started for the door, dialing for a cab because no way in hell was she going to ride her bike in this get up.  Hopefully no one else in the house would see her dolled up, she had a feeling she'd never live it down.

Jay was heading toward the kitchen with Boo on his shoulder. He had to stop and blink at the sight of a petite woman dressed up and heading out. He couldn't figure out who that was for a moment.

Then he slapped his hand over his mouth in shock.

Boo went "ooooooooooh."

There was the sound of a minor fizzling, followed by a major crash, from within one of the labs at Stark Industries. Profuse swearing in Romany and Hungarian preceded Vincent storming out, pushing up his goggles and wiping some detritus from his face.

"Stupid inferior logic centers!" He yelled at the former circuit-board now deceased and stashed in a pocket of his lab-coat. "Can't even handle a moderate overclocking." He was going to have to see the quartermaster for more parts. This particular project was proving a rather frustrating nut to crack. One of the hazards of having a mind that ran faster than most of the hardware one worked with. He knew what he wanted the technology to do, and what the software needed to be, it was just a matter of bringing the components up to spec to do it.

He was glad Audhild hadn't chosen to accompany him to work that day, or she might have learned several new words, which would have lead to several awkward discussions with Kristoff.
