Remi glanced around at the technological machines in between him and the far wall. He didn't see a big, red button that said 'Push For Safe Exit.' He scratched his head to distract himself from the worry simmering in his gut.

He approached the small window Ryan had pointed out. That he could only see Mary and Jacob did not set him at ease. Thankfully, he heard Alexa in the background with technical jargon a-flowing.

He looked around for some sort of seam to take advantage of. "Okay. Lift the wall or punch the window?"

He had to ask because there had to be a reason Jacob wasn't punching his way out of there.
