Zemogeist (Open to Avengers)
It had been so long since he had felt the sensation of physical flesh and blood. In fact he had no idea just how long it had been. Time in Mephisto's Hell blurred as one torment seemed to melt into another in an endless cycle of pain and depravity. It came to the point where he could barely remember his own living past. Through all the torment he did remember a few things, his name, that he had been someone of importance, and an undying hatred of Captain America. These facts somehow kept his soul from completely breaking under the pain. It seemed his stubborn refusal to simply be just another broken soul caught Mephisto's attention, and the Hell-Lord had made him a singular offer. In exchange for a new, demonic life upon Earth once more, Zemo had to destroy the Avengers within a years time. If successful, Heinrich would be reborn as a human in the prime of his life. Failure would mean complete annihilation. In the end it was really no choice at all. Heinrich accepted, and using his newfound powers, returned to the Earthly plane. To Zemo's surprise more time had passed than he had imagined, a new group of striplings now made up the Avengers. As much as he desired vengeance on Captain America, he had to fulfill his contract with Mephisto first. That meant that these children had to die. Zemo was no fool and knew arrogance had led to his death and would not underestimate his opponents again.
His transformation into a demon had not just been physical, but also mental. Zemo learned that he now had a much greater affinity for dark magicks. While a man of science in life, Zemo would use any tool he had to to gain what he desired. Converting his body into raw, demonic essence, he moved through the night sky unseen by the humans below until he came to the headquarters of the Avengers. He moved towards it, his essence expanding and bonding with the building, an action completely unnoticeable to those on the street. When finished, all reality within the building was his to manipulate. Time to see just what these modern-day wunderkind could do.

And I really am glad I wasn't in boots running that sim. Heels would have sucked ass running in. Not sure how all the others do it. She thought as she started humming again.
"If you want to get out alive run for your life..." The words where whispered as she bolted up the stairs, "DK, where's the bike already." She grumbled.

When she reaches the top, the demonic figure stands, looking different once again. A wool covered vest, the mouthless striped hood, along with the purple-red costume and yellow gloves stretched over long, thin claws.
"I am Baron Heinrich Zemo. Clawed free from Hell itself. I will see the Captain and his legacy, the Avengers especially, burned to ash."

"Great noble asshole instead of the normal grade. And really Hell? That just screams more cliche. I really think I've seen this one too. Little salt, little holy water and a priest is all we need to clear this mess up. I'd add bad accents, but you already got it."
DK beeped on her wrist informing her through the vibrations that shot through her arm, that it was scared, it couldn't contact it's body. She clenched the hand into a fist trying not to show worry in her face. And you're not getting responses from the AIs in the building so okay, what now? I'm still rookie here and out of ammo now. She thought knowing there would be no way she could get to her room where she might have another Boomer.

"I am twelfth of a proud line of rulers and men of importance and grandeur. I will not suffer insult from you or any other to that lineage."

"Royals are still man not gods. And the demigods I know have better manners on how to treat women." She shoved with all her strength as her knee went up. She knew dirty tricks from working shady bars on how to stay safe.
And Zemo had walked right into one.
"And touch me again I'm going to show you why it's a bad idea to piss off a musician."

"You call yourself a woman? Degenerate child. You could never hope to match the class and poise of the women of Berlin."

Blue eyes showed her fear, but also defiance. Before she had been on the run she had fought hard in a field that had been mostly man run, the bike was proof of her hard work. Her parents may have enjoyed a degenerate lifestyle with their business, but she wasn't them.
"I haven't had complaints about my class from the Demigod I date." She kicked out again, if he dropped her at least it would give her a few breaths of air. She wasn't going to go down without a fight though.

"DK, any communication link you can use, because could use some assistance at the moment." She muttered to the device on her wrist. She'd have the AI call Vincent, but if it couldn't get the bike she was pretty sure it wouldn't be able to make a phone call. At least she was thinking Vincent and not the cops though. They didn't need more civilians in this mess.

"There is nowhere for you to go. This entire building is part of me."

If she couldn't bring her gear in, she needed to find a way to get to it.
She needed to figure out who else was trapped in there with her. Which was probably easier said than done. The jerk with the title probably was going to keep them apart.
