Professional
It did not take long for Alisa to suddenly be told she was out of a job as a bartender. Not much longer after that, she discovered it was impossible to gain any employment within the city. Hell, even some of her contacts were turning their backs on her. While one would assume she would be stomping her feet and becoming a violent maniac, the opposite happened.
Alisa became more controlled. She was quiet, professional in her dealings as Alistaire's bodyguard and personal driver. She even dressed properly for work (with exception to her mask that hooked into her neuro implants).
It was very unusual to see her so quiet, respectful, and not flying off the rails. It was enough even to shock Reiko and Alistaire. But nothing was said about it, yet.
Instead, Alisa was driving the two to some outing they had planned. She did not ask to come along, and merely acted as a driver and nothing more. A katana was at her side, God forbid if someone planned to attack Reiko or Alistaire.

"Quiet I could handle, this... is more like the sound of the morgue, yet both of you still breathe." The words were mumbled low.
"It is no problem Alisa, after all I am still your primary doctor am I not? Or did that change with the upgrades?"
no subject
"Alisa, you should talk to Reiko if something is amiss. As she said, your care is her priority."

Alisa looked at the light before her, waiting for it to change to green so they could get to this event in a timely manner. One hand remained on the steering wheel, the other was toying with some dog tags she wore about her neck. All the Reavers wore them, and it was proof of her mercenary status.
"Again, nothing is amiss. I am perfectly fine an' fully operational. My moods are regulated and my power levels are nowhere near "overload" status."

"Then why's it feel so tense in here?" She shifted a little, her hand touching Alistaire's to let him know she wasn't upset, just concerned about her two companions. "Alisa, are you okay living with us? I mean, I know..." She bit her lip. "Are you okay with all of this?"

girlfriend?lover?companion, then back to Alisa. "I believe what Reiko is trying to ask delicately is if it bothers you that she and I are intimate, and you and I are no longer so.If there's anything else the matter, let me know who to throw money at to fix it."

"I am happy for you both, honest. Perhaps envious, as every relationship I have been in has been... chaotic. I miss human contact in the most basic of forms, and I can' make someone love me, who don' love me back. All I can do is be happy for you both an' continue to do my job to protect the two of you."
Once the light finally turned, she continued towards the Clinic. They were coming to a dimly lit neighborhood, when there was a loud "pop". The car's rather expensive indicator said the back tire was out. Without so much as a grumble or curse. Alisa pulled over to the side.
"Wait here, please." She said without much emotion. She exited the car, with the katana Alistaire gave her as a gift from Japan tied to the side of her belt. She knelt down by the blown tire, examining it before using her mask to check for anyone else nearby. She saw one being... and they were moving swiftly towards her.
"Shinobi?" Someone sent a ninja? Lovely. Now that she had the slight advantage, the two began to fight. Alisa blocked nearly each blow that came her way, doing her best to try and keep eyes on the car at the same time. No one was going to attack her friends...

Well all except the money bit, after all she was still trying to get used to that herself.
When the tire popped she yelped a moment, the car shouldn't have problems, and she knew the path they had taken was cleared, the police had made sure of it. "Wonder which of us is the target."
She knew exactly where they were after all, she had walked the path a few days ago and had thought this would be a spot that would make for a great ambush if she was still an assassin. Though anyone foolish enough to hire one to attack Shaw...
Without another word she slipped out of the car. "Alisa careful high tech."

For the most part, her powers were protecting her quite well. All she had were some minor cuts from the Shinobi's sword.
"I have this. He is not going to damage me too badly."
Perhaps she should have waited to say that, as another Shinobi seemed to appear out of nowhere. He struck her in the back with his sword. This time, it left a bit of a gash. She would not have to change her plans of attack.
"Again, please get back inside the car." She said without a single hint of pain. Alisa moved as fast as her powers would allow. She was a blur for a moment, before standing by Reiko and Alistaire's side, the katana now out and in her hand. Her attackers remain still for a moment, before falling over in agony. She had literally just cut them off at the knees.
"Should I question them as to why they attacked our car, Boss? Or should I let them bleed out like the dogs that they are?" Again, little to no emotion in her voice as she sheathed the katana, then stood up straight. Blood was dripping down her back, but there did not seem to be any worry from her.

"To answer you Alistaire, it's still hard for me to think of her as help when she's a friend. I will try to do better in the future." She carefully wrapped the bracelet/garrote back on her wrist. "Do you need both of them to question? I would rather not have to explain a bloody back.

"Statistically, they probably each only have the same information to give up... but I don't see the profit in killing more of them than defense deems necessary."
He was willing to show mercy, until bored of it, or proven unwise to do so.

"There has to be another one. No one sends rookie shinobi out to make a statement."
Just as she thought, another one jumped down from the building behind them. She grunt in some discomfort, and started to fight back. It was strange, as this one appeared to be stronger than the others.
In her training as an Enforcer, Alisa knew to keep her enemies away from their targets. She had to keep this one away from Alistaire and Reiko. That meant changing their playing field quite literally.
With her powers, Alisa jumped over one blade attack, only to grab on to a fire escape. With a bit of a smirk, she moved quickly up the ladder, back to the top of the roof.
"Time to return de favor."
She thought, as she jumped down with incredible speed. Her cybernetic leg slamming into the shinobi, forcing him down to the ground, and that ground to break under them. This fight was going to continue into the sewers.

"And if they were supposed to kill us, it would spook their boss with both of us appearing."
