MISSING: Alisa LeBeau

She was seen at the "History of New Orleans in Photographs" exhibit, dressed fashionably, but not enough to stand out. The next time she was seen, was on a parking garage a block away. There, Alisa was getting in her car and driving off. And the last time she was seen, was parking her car near a bank. From there, a van could be seen trailing her... and that was the last sighting of Alisa LeBeau.

She never made it to her next destination, which was her current girlfriend's apartment. She also never showed up to Alistaire's penthouse for tea with Reiko, or a meeting at the MET, to see if burnt bridges could be rebuilt, again.

So... where was Alisa LeBeau?

"I was only suggesting sitting outside," Millicent assured. She then smiled at Alisa's idea. "That sounds lovely."

"I am sure that is what you were really suggestin' ." Alisa just grinned, heading towards the bathroom. After a few minutes, Alisa came out with a fresh pair of underwear on, and a sleep shirt that she had stashed in the bag she had brought with her to Millicent's apartment.

She then made her way to the couch and promptly flopped on it. Yeah, she was that exhausted.

"I may 'ave cybernetic parts, but I still get worn out!"

In the meantime Millicent had removed the last of her armor and hidden weapons, though from habit she kept a few close by. She was down to a sports bra and shorts when Alisa came out, then promptly flopped onto the couch.

"I can see that," Millicent chuckled. "Good thing those parts aren't too heavy. I'd hate to have to replace a broken couch," she teased.

"Har har." Alisa smirked. "Shaw Industries did a good job on de leg... An' SHIELD fixed up my current implants really well. Really owe'em both for putting me all together. Almost as good as I was before all de chaos."

She would snuggle up closer to Millicent. Her eyes shut, showing how content she was.

"At least we got each other to come home to, no? Makes all dat chaos worth it in a way."

"Come home to?" Millicent asked. "Are you planning to move in?" She teased lightly, though her stomach had a fluttery feeling in it.

"Non! It is too soon for dat... plus we'd have to listen to your room-mate tell us everyday how cute we are together." Alisa felt those same butterflies in her stomach as well.

"I mean, we always got someone to return to."

"Oi, don't want to imagine Adri bringing that up every day," Millicent said with a shudder.

She smiled, nodding once. "Your point's well-taken."

"I like Adri, I do... but her whole French philosophy on love and what is cute can be intimidating." Well, it was true!

"I'm Cajun French, an' what I jus said, says a lot. But enough about dat... what 'ave you been up to, recently?"

"Intimidating, that's a good word for it," Millicent agreed.

Millicent frowned, though she tried to hide it. "Did some work as security for Horizon Labs..it paid well," she said, trying to make it sound lie business as usual.
