Vincent just looks over the gift in befuddlement when he receives it. Valentine's Day with Roxanne had been... well, a bit more about carnality than confections.

He must be more out of it than he'd even realized, if Erin was apparently interested in him and he hadn't even noticed.

Why is it the wrong Avenger guy gets the signal she had been trying to throw out? Erin will be utterly confused.

Jay has her convinced she is a bit unnoticeable by nice boys. The guys at Rushmore aren't what she'd think of as "nice" certainly. She knows that very well.
