The Devil Made Him Do It
The eight foot tall Hulk wandered the streets, not really knowing where it was. Its heavy footfall sometimes making things shake just a little. Most people and things gave it a wide berth. Those that didn't got growled at; then they gave it an entire sidewalk to itself.
It wasn't sure where it was going. It had just destroyed the building that had captured it. Or destroyed the building over the mad doctor's lab who had captured it. Either way, there was rubble behind the Hulk, on its shoulders, and in its hair.
It walked down the street, looking around. It was trying to figure out where it could go to have some peace. To get away from the doctor it had left behind in the rubble.

But he can't take that chance.
The bubble around Jay's head releases as Vincent needs his full focus on the car. A disc of force underneath it; not slamming into it, but only forceful enough to ease its descent. Ease it enough that his own strength is enough to let it down to the ground gently.

The Hulk growled as it pounced toward the Vincent focusing on setting the car down easily.

He registers a sickening snap before pain explodes across his awareness. He's dimly aware of letting out a scream, and then the shield gives way. A massive fireball hurls forward at Jay.

This was one time she actually wished she had the weapons active on the suit instead of most of the dangerous ones being in the lab. "You know New York already has enough problem with buildings in need of repair, how about you calm down and talk about this all civil like?" Hey it's worth a shot right? If nothing else might get the attention drawn away from the screaming man.
As she spoke she hit speed dial on her cell, she didn't say anything, hoping that someone would be manning the phones and realize what was going on.
"Hey tiny, why don' ya play with someone a little more capable. Slim there doesn't look like a challenge." As she spoke she activated the systems that wrapped the bike around her would take a few seconds, but hey worth a shot and might keep her from getting her back snapped like a twig.

The other person speaking at it was not a concern. The Hulk had one thing on its mind. Smash the mouthy little man that was going to take it back to Dr. Green.
The Hulk bellowed as it reached to grab Vincent. He seemed sturdy enough to use as a bludgeon for awhile.

Once he can focus his thoughts, he calls on his armor and magical equipment, leaving him more ready to deal with Jay. Of course, clothes shifting around his injured arm bring a whole new world of torment that he has to weather. He works through the pain, letting it turn to rage and frustration that fuels his next spell. He lifts Jay off the ground and holds him there. Out of arms-reach and with no leverage.

As she darted forward she activated the one weapon she had with her. The 'boom' which was really just a speaker, hovered nearby as she quickly thought. Not picking a song she just let feedback flow through the tiny ball.
Windows on the block shattered, oops, hopefully she wouldn't get blamed for it if she managed to get the big guy's attention and get him out of the populated area. Come on... take the bait!

Its lips curled back. More people to try to imprison it. More people to send it back to the mad man with scalpel. It puts its hand to one ear and glowered. It would tear them both limb from limb before it went back there.
"Puny. Stupid. Humans." The Hulk didn't need reach or leverage for this. It just needed its two massive hands and its strength.
The sonic boom from the woman on the bike was followed by the Hulk slamming its hands together, aiming the concussive force directly at Vincent.

She used her fingertips to move the orb closer aiming it up to help whatever spell was being used. It was sloppy, but she didn't really use the weapons on the armor that much so she needed the practice.
This time she did choose a song though, humming softly to herself to focus. The song was some old rock song she only partially remembered, but the added sound from the machine added some more oomph to the small softball sized orb.

It took its hands away from its ears. It slammed its hands together harder than last time. The concussive force aimed toward Vincent and the building by the spellcaster.
Having already lost its windows and been effected by one Hulk Clap, the next boom of force made the occupied building start to crumble.

He doesn't have a choice. He diverts all his attention away from Jay, hoping for more help to arrive soon, and focuses on the building. Shield spells. Lots and lots of shield spells. He can't just wrap them around the outside of the building, or it'll pancake and fall into itself. He sets one against either side, then tries to visualize the interior floors, bracing the ceilings one by one. It's not going to last forever, but hopefully people can evacuate.

Her eyes were off Hulk only for a moment.

The Hulk sneered as the two people who had been trying to contain him were trying to save a building. It didn't notice or care if anyone was in that building. It just wanted these people away from it.
The Hulk charged the one in purple and chrome armor. It reached out to grab and fling her. It aimed for dropping the metallic suit in a nice arc into the Hudson River.

Vincent invests as much of his energy as he can to keep the shields in place, and then he simply runs. He heads straight for the water and dives in, swimming as fast as he can for the sinking armor. He hooks his arms around it, and starts pulling it back to the surface.

She managed to twist in mid air landing on her back before going under the water. Mira almost screamed, after all all her experiences in water deeper than she is tall... Never had ended well.
She struggled to get to the surface, With the water pulling her under it was a struggle to try to get to the surface, if she was a little calmer she would have thought about dropping the armor.
By the time Vincent grabbed her her struggling was weaker.

Trying to shift her bike back into the bike mode she realized she fried some of the systems. Tearing off her helmet she forced herself to move closer.
Mira could hear the sound from where the Hulk had gone, trying her phone... She found it was dead.
"Okay, going against him... Bad idea, you'd think they'd put that in the handbook..." She let go of her helmet letting it fall. "You okay mister?"

"I can't switch it back to bike mode, the circuits aren't working right, but should have enough juice to help you to the nearest clinic. As soon as I have you there I'll try to get damage control. The sounds of damage aren't as bad now." She wasn't sure if that was because of the distance though.
"I'm hoping that my phone call went through before it was fried."

I've got a guy who can help... even if I'm never going to hear the end of it..."
