On the Run (Open to SHIELD and other heroes in the city)
Alisa was not surprised that her picture was leaked to the media. Not surprised there was now a manhunt out for her. And totally not surprised that her job at the MET distanced themselves from her, and promptly fired her. Good. She hated her job, she hated all of it, she hated everything and everyone now.
Thankfully, no one linked her to Alistaire Shaw (publicly at least), and she left Steve Coulson with enough evidence to arrest her. If anyone was going to do that, it would be him. For now, she stuck to alleyways and the rooftops. She could feel the anger coming from the city... The police were mad she had taken out four officers, people were mad a mutant freak was running about, and she... loved it.
It was almost like a dance with how she moved. Swift, graceful, and damn near unstoppable. Why did she not just let herself go years ago? Why did she hold on to those useless emotions and desire for love and friendship. Creating utter chaos was just so much more fun!

Joe grabbed his newly-designed gear and grumbled slightly. Fury wasn't letting him keep the "Agent Nomad" moniker, so Joe now had to go by U.S. Agent as his official codename. He didn't like it but he'd live with it.
He also had to learn to use a shield. Wonderful. What else could go wrong.
He sped across town to the confrontation site, patching into the channel to get a situation report. With any luck, the other Agents were already bagging this up and heading out for coffee.
"U.S. Agent en route to destination. What's the current situation?"

"Alisa Le Beau, as a feeling and reasoning person do you think that this excuses you from the actions you just made? You caused bodily harm on several people, then ran about the city and then give me a lecture about how it's not your fault. Call yourself a weapon all you want, it doesn't change the fact you made the conscious decision to hurt others."
Steve isn't angry, although his tone is sharp and his words biting. For him, it's not anger. It's disappointment. Not even that long after they started their...whatever the hell you would call it and now here she is on the wrong side of the law.
"Turn yourself in. You've done enough."

She cried out in pain, falling to her knees before Steve. The pain was effecting her in odd ways. She showed physical pain, but then her expression looked like a kicked puppy. Like she went from 200 down to 10.
"Oh God... Steve... I... I can't." Her voice was softer, like he knew it to be. She looked rather confused, as though she did not know where she was... or what she did. "I can't control it... not for much longer! This feeling... it wants me to destroy, it wants me to make people hurt. I don't... that is not me! It's not... I don't..."
She was unraveling by the seams, revealing she was truly vulnerable and weak inside. Whatever persona she created or was created for her was the one that tended to rage out of control. To bully people, to seek power, to be... something.
"Steve... help me."

He didn't ask about establishing a perimeter. He assumed he was working with seasoned agents who knew what they were doing.

And any other hostile, she'd take them out...The very fact that her relationship with her brother and his relationship with this chick was making her hesitate was another major reason that this was a bad, bad, bad thing.

"All right, I'm on en route to the site. Agent, take your shot if the hostile even breathes wrong in his direction. I'll take an injured or dead hostile over or a maimed or dead agent." Joe said.
"What are we seeing on the scanners? Do we have any knowledge of what capabilities this hostile has?"

Simon was speculating. There was still a lot about this woman they didn't know. "Vital signs look similar to a mutant overloading on their powers... but I have no idea if this woman is x-gene positive."

"I need some coordinates on Agent Coulson. Also, is your drone seeing any bystanders or hostages in the area?" Joe asked, putting a plan together in his head.
He hoped this shooter was as good as she said she was.
If he died, Roxie would kill him.
"We know she is hostile. Do we have anything that might dampen mutant abilities? What is our containment plan once she is down?"
He maneuvered his bike toward Coulson and the hostile's location.

Stay focused on the problem in front of you.
Ignore that they plan to kill her if she even looks close to doing something wrong.
Do the job.
"Miss le Beau, I am willing to help you, but I need you to understand something. You injured several officers. You broke a mans arm. There are concerns beyond simply arresting you. I need your cooperation, and I can see what I can do," Steve said. There was the slightest inflection, one of concern for Alisa.

Her eyes widened, seeing a man in a motorcycle suddenly pull up. She was scared. She was actually scared. She fell back some, wanting to flee, but practically frozen in place. Either horrified by her actions, or terrified of the current situation.
"Steve..."

He killed the engine on his bike stepped off, keep his eyes on the hostile and the man he assumed was Agent Coulson.
"Stand by on that." he said, taking stock of the area around them.
"Agent Coulson?" Joe asked, not wanting to wreck whatever Coulson was doing but also prepared to act in defense of his fellow agent.
"Are we ready to bring her in?"

"Alisa, I do not want to hurt you, but you need to make sure not to act in a way that's seen as threatening. Cooperate with us."
Steve stops for a second, the stern facade falling away for a second.
"Please."

For now, she appeared to be in complete control of herself. Her mood not switching, her mind not shifting back to 100. This would make her transfer to "The Vault" easier than expected.

He was grateful for that.
